Our Oberoi-trained chefs in Uxbridge specialise in the much-loved traditional Indian
dishes and cooking methods, such as pot cooked bhunas and jalfrezis. They also offer
a tantalising range of specialities for those in search of something different,
such as breast of duck cooked with garlic, light ground spice and garam massala,
and monkfish cooked in coconut milk and traditional Goan spices.
The menu at Uxbridge also offers an exceptional choice of lighter dishes, including
tandoori flame grilled duck, chicken, lamb, salmon, monkfish and king prawns. These
dishes aren't cooked in oil or gee, making them healthier and lighter on your
stomach.
