Our Facilities

The Spice Merchant, Henley-on-Thames, is a superbly presented venue complete with wireless Internet access plasma screens and 2 private rooms.

Our attention to detail is second to none and we will attend to your guests' requirements to ensure their stay with us is comfortable and relaxing. From providing mobile charger to booking a taxi, from sharing the latest tennis scores to arranging access to the internet - nothing is too much trouble.

We are able to tailor all your meeting requirements and have specialist, local, Audio-Visual teams on call.

In conjunction with our sister restaurant, Henley Bar and Grill, we can provide an extension to our venue, with a comfortable bar, private function rooms and live music for those who wish to continue on into the night.

Given sufficient notice we can also book your accommodation requirements with a number of superb local hotels.

Our Boat

Our superb charter vessel, 'Spice Merchant' is an elegant Edwardian style chauffeur driven launch, seating up to 12 people in style. She features a cover running the length of the vessel with detachable side covers for inclement weather.

She is ideal for corporate and private hospitality at the Henley Regatta and Festival, and is available for private charter from April to October.

Our corporate packages include a selection of chilled drinks served on board during cruises.

Pre-booking is essential. River conditions are permitting later in the season.

For early bookings we have the opportunity to gain tickets for the Stewards Enclosure at Henley Royal Regatta (a surcharge will apply).
